Curried Cheese Paté

List of Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 T. sherry
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 cup mango chutney
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup grated coconutRecipe
Mix first 6 ingredients together and blend well. Line a pie pan or shallow mold with plastic wrap. Place mixture into lined pan and spread into a flat disc. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with topping. Serve with crackers.
