Curry Dip

Recipe Introduction
This keeps for days in the fridge and the flavours do develop well so it is great to make ahead. If you like it sweeter add more chutney.
List of Ingredients
1 small packet (125g/4oz) philly cream cheese
2 T fruit chutney
1 T sugar
1 t curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 hard boiled egg, chopped (optional)
1-2 T sultanas/golden raisins (as many as you like)
lemon juice to tasteRecipe
Process the first five ingredients. Stir in the egg if using ( I often leave it out if I am rushing.)
Stir in the sultanas and a little lemon juice. Taste and add more juice if desired.
