Gridiron Guacamole

List of Ingredients
1 C canned refried beans
1/2 C chunky salsa
2 Cans sliced, ripe olives, drained
1~1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar
1 box town~house crackers
3, 6oz containers frozen guacamole, thawed*
1/2 C sour cream
1 whole ripe olive
1/2 C finely chopped cilantro

Combine refried beans & salsa in medium-size mixing bowl & mix well. Spread over bottom of 17x11x1" baking sheet. Top with sliced olives & cheese.
Stir guacamole until creamy and spread evenly over top. Sprinkle with cilantro to resemble "grass."
Spoon sour cream into plastic sandwich bag. Snip a small piece off one of the bottom corners. Holding top of bag tightly, pipe sour cream over the top to resemble "yard lines} and "end~zones" of a football field. Mark each "end" of the "center line" with "50." Place remaining sour cream in a bowl on the side.
Insert crackers at an angle around the edges to resemble the stands. Place a whole black olive in the center for the football!"
