    List of Ingredients




    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese,
    softened
    1 lb. cooked ham, ground
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. finely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. milk

    Recipe



    Combine one package cream cheese, ham, onion and pecans; mix well.

    Line a 2 cup mold with plastic wrap; spoon mixture into mold, pressing firmly. Cover and chill three hours.

    Unmold onto plate.

    Beat remaining cheese with milk. Spread over ham mixture.

    Serve with crackers.

    Makes 2 cups
