    List of Ingredients




    500gr (1 lb)pork tenderloin, cubed

    Marinade:
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 Tblsp honey
    1 Tblsp ginger, peeled , crushed
    1 Tblsp garlic, crushed
    1 Tblsp tomato sauce(ketchup)
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Place pork in a glass dish. Combine marinade and pour over pork. Cover and marinate overnight. Remove pork, reserve marinade.

    Thread pork on skewers. Grill till cooked through.

    Place reserved marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Spoon over kebabs.
