Hot Chicken Dip

2 10-oz. cans chunk white chicken (or use your own cooked chunked chicken breasts.)
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. Velveeta or American cheese
4 oz. pepper jack cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 chopped green onions, to taste
1/2 of a green pepper, finely choppedRecipe
Combine cheeses and soup and heat over medium heat until all are melted and smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips.
