Separate the wings at each joint and discard the tips. Fry in a small amount of oil & butter until nicely browned & cooked through. Add the sauce of your choice (I use a cayenne pepper sauce like RedHot), as much or as little as you like - serve hot or cold. These are often served with a ranch-type or bleu cheese dip.
