    Recipe Introduction


    This spread is great on crackers and cocktail rye or piped onto envie or into pea pods or celery.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup cream cheese
    3/4 cup butter
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon french mustard -Dijon
    1 teaspoon caraway seed
    1 teaspoon finely minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tablespoons sour cream

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients until fluffy and well blended.

    Refrigerate, but allow to warm up a bit before using as a spread.
