It makes a nice light lunch too. Recipe Link: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fdcooking&msg=8092.1List of Ingredients 1 (16 oz) pkg jumbo sized pasta shells 1 can (7½ oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked, & cartilage removed 1 can (2 1/2 oz) tiny shrimp, drained 1 c (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese 1/2 c salad dressing or mayonnaise 2 tbsp thinly sliced celery 1 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tbsp finely chopped pimiento celery leaves for garnishRecipe Boil shells until tender, yet firm. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again. Invert on paper towel-lined plate to cool. Combine crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, salad dressing, celery, onion and pimiento in bowl. If mixture seems too dry, add more salad dressing. Spoon into cooled shells; cover; chill. Garnish serving plate with celery leaves. Makes 8 servings
