List of Ingredients
1 13-oz. can evaporated milk
2 extra-large or jumbo eggs (use 3 if they're smaller)
3 or 4 tbsp. flour
1 pound pepper jack cheese, grated
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
Beat milk, eggs and flour together; layer cheeses in 9x13 pan and pour milk mixture over cheeses. Bake 40 minutes at 350F, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into diamonds or squares; delicious served either hot or at room temperature.
