List of Ingredients
10 ounces liverwurst
4 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon chives -- minced
3 tablespoons butter -- softened
2 tablespoons dark rum (or more if you like)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together either with a fork or in the food processor until blended.
NOTE: Serve with melba toast or crackers. Best if made a day ahead and allowed to mellow.
