1 can pink salmon
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
4-5 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
4-5 tbsp. minced fresh onion
3-4 tbsp. lemon juice to taste
salt & pepper to taste
½ to ¾ cup mayonnaise as needed

Remove bones and skin from salmon; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill before serving with crackers or as sandwich spread.
