    Ranch Mix Cheese Ball (from Sandy)

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. softened cream cheese
    2 cups finely shredded cheddar
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    parsley flakes
    chopped pecans

    Recipe

    Combine cheese with dressing mix & parsley; chill before shaping into a ball, and roll in chopped pecans.
