Sausage Balls with Honey Mustard Sauce

1-1/2 lbs. pork sausage
2 cups Pioneer biscuit mix
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup finely shredded colby/jack
1 cup finely grated pepper jack cheese Recipe
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into 1" balls and bake on a rimmed cookie sheet for about 25 minutes at 350°.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup coarse grain mustard
1/2 cup honey
-Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
-Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
