Marinade:
1/4 cup dry sherry or orange juice
1/4 cup soy or teriyaki sauce
1 tblsp grated ginger
1 teasp minced garlic
2 tblsp sesame seeds
1 tblsp brown sugar
sesame oil to taste
Recipe
Combine marinade ingredients & place in ziplock bag with chicken legs. When ready to cook, discard marinade.
Grill chicken legs 20 minutes, or bake in oven 35 minutes or until done. Serve hot or cold.
