Spinach Artichoke Dip

List of Ingredients
24 oz. Artichokes (chopped)
24 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
10 oz. Chopped Spinach (defrosted)
10 oz. Sour Cream
12 oz. Parmesan Cheese (shredded or grated) plus another sprinkle for the top.
4 oz. Olive oil
¾ tsp. Garlic puree
¾ tsp. Red pepper
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 ¼ tsp. Marjoram
diced tomatoes
toasted sourdough French bread or pasta chips
celery sticks
Recipe
Mix first ten ingredients together. If you cook it in a big dish, it’ll need to cook, covered, for 20-30 minutes at 425 degrees. Add a sprinkle of cheese to the top, and cook for another 5-10 minutes, until the top starts to brown.
Top with diced tomatoes & serve warm with toasted sourdough slices, pasta chips, celery sticks, et al.
If you’re not cooking it all at once, place in containers and freeze.
