Spinach Balls

List of Ingredients
2 (10oz) pkgs.frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained & dried in paper towels
3 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped fine
6 eggs, well-beaten
3/4 cups butter, melted
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic saltRecipe
Mix well (working the ingredients with your hands is the easiest way) and form into 1-inch balls*.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
* They are easier to shape if you refrigerate them for a couple hours.
