1 1/2 Lbs Ripe Plum Tomatoes
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1/3 C Chopped Fresh Basil
2 Tsp Chopped Fresh Oregano
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
6 1/2" Thick Sliced Crusty Bread -- Toasted

In a medium bowl, gently mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, cut grilled bread slices in half. Spoon tomato mixture over them.
