Add the fish and turn to coat. Cover and place in the fridge for up to 30 minutes. Preheat a bbq grill to high and oil the grate WELL. Drain the fish and discard marinade. Spray the fish with cooking spray, or olive oil. It must be well oiled to prevent sticking. Cook on the grill for 3-4 minutes per side, turning ONCE.
