500 gr(l lb) fish fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teasp dill
Choose from the following vegetables:
carrots, very thin slices
mushrooms, thick slices
onion, rings
zucchini, sliced
tomatoes, sliced or diced
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Recipe
Put fish fillets on 4 large pieces of heavy duty foil. Pour 1 Tblsp lemon juice on each fillet and season as desired.
Top each with vegetables and 1 tablespoon butter. Seal foil around fish leaving room on top for heat to circulate, and grill 10-15 minutes, until flakes easily.
