    Quick & Easy BBQ Cups from Kelly

    Recipe Introduction

    This is incredibly good. Sometimes I add beans I've soaked. I cook a green veggie side-dish (green for color). They freeze and reheat very well, too.

    List of Ingredients

    (this takes a muffin tin)

    3/4 lb ground beef, browned & drained (you can get away
    with 1/2 lb, but a whole pound is TOO MUCH)
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can refrigerator biscuits (10 - 12)
    1/2 to 1 cup grated cheese (yellow is best)

    Recipe

    Add sauce, sugar, and onion to beef, mix well. Press each biscuit into the an ungreased muffin tin, up the sides to form a cup. (I use a rolling pin and flatten 'em out beforehand, it's easier.) Distribute beef mixture evenly into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes.
