1 Qt Ketchup
1 Qt Cider Vinegar
8 Oz Sugar
6 Oz Salt
4 Oz Black Pepper
3 Oz Crushed Red Pepper
Pinch Ground Red Pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients into a 1.5 gallon stock pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, simmer one hour. Spoon the piping hot dip onto the prepared smoked meat just prior to serving.
