Spicy Barbecue Potatoes

4 baking potatoes, unpeeled, quartered lengthwise
MARINADE:
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons plain rice vinegar
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon style-mustard
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
Steam potatoes until not quite done. While the potatoes are cooking, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the marinade in a separate bowl. Toss the potatoes with the larger portion of the marinade and let stand for 10 minutes or more.
Place the potatoes under a broiler or on a grill pan. Brush with the remaining marinade and cook until browned. Serve immediately.
