Tender Ribs

1: do a dry seasoning rub (I would include a meat tenderizer in that)
2: place rack of ribs on broiler pan in oven on very top shelf
3: on bottom shelf of oven place a 9x13 pan filled 3/4 with water
4: turn oven on very very low 175 or 200 degree oven and cook all day
5: baste with sauce if desired just prior to serving
6: don't forget to check the water pan in oven
