1/2 C Margarine
4 Cloves Garlic -- Minced
1 Tsp Texas Pete
1/2 Tsp Dill Weed
1 Tsp Grated Lemon Rind
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3-4 Baking Potatoes

Recipe



In small saucepan, melt margarine. Add everything except potatoes. Stir just until melted. Do Not Boil. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Deeply score the potatoes in a small tic-tac-toe pattern but do not cut all the way thru the skin. Put in a shallow baking dish and brush tops (cut side) with the butter mixture every 15 minutes. Bake at 425 for about 45-55 mins.
