    4 slices Bacon-diced
    1 /2 cup finely diced green pepper-opt
    1 /2 cup finely chopped Onion
    2 15 oz cans Pork & Beans
    1/3 cup hickory smoke BBQ sauce
    1 /4 cup packed Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Prepared Mustard

    Recipe



    Cook bacon in skillet until almost crisp, drain well.
    In 1 tbsp of the drippings saute onions and peppers.
    Drain only 1 can of the beans and mix all in a large mixing bowl. Place in a sprayed with Pam, baking dish and Bake at 350° for 35-40 mins.
    Serves 6
