4 (16 ounce cans) baked beans
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup strong coffee
1 (16 ounce can) crushed pineapple, drained
4 tablespoons brown sugar

1. Stir ingredients together in a crockpot and cook covered on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. A half hour or so before serving turn cooker to high and remove cover to steam off excess liquid.
