Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

6 servings, 2 WW points each - I make this very often - my family doesn't know the difference between these and "regular" scalloped potatoes.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar
Recipe
Sauce:
In small saucepan, whisk together milk, flour, and salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in onion.
Spray a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Place potatoes in dish, and pour the sauce on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese; cover and let cheese melt before serving.
