1 sheet (18 x 24) Heavy Duty Foil
4 medium red potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
2 TBSP olive or vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
salt & pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 or grill to medium high. Spray foil with nonstick spray.
Center potatoes evenly on sheet of foil. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top & ends to seal, making one large foil packet --- leave room for heat circulation.
Grill 15-20 min. in covered grill, or bake 30-35 min. on cookie sheet in oven.
