8 hot dogs, boiled & drained
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 oz) small white beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 oz) chick peas, rinsed & drained
1/3 cup vinegar
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3-4 ribs celery, finely chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley to taste

DIRECTIONS: Cut hot dogs into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Combine all ingredients except the tomato in a large bowl & toss to coat & mix well. Serve with tomatoes on top of each serving.
