    List of Ingredients




    8 medium peeled potatoes, cut into chunks
    8 oz cream cheese, softened, cut into chunks
    1 stick of butter, softened, cut into pats
    1/4 cup milk

    Recipe



    boil potatoes until they are soft (a fork will go into it very easily). Drain.

    Add butter, cream cheese and milk and mash. An old fashioned potato masher works best, but an electric mixer gets 'em real creamy. No gravy necessary!
