1 can of sliced potatoes
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of cheese (I used Monterey Jack)
1 TBS flour
1 TBS Margarine or Butter
1/8 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to your liking
Recipe
Melt margarine in sauce pan and add flour. Mix till smooth and then add milk. Add 1/2 the cheese and Garlic powder and stir.
Pour over potatoes in a small baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in 350 for 25 minutes or until it starts to brown.
