Red Potatoes in Parmesan Cream

1 pound sliced red potatoes
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup chopped green onionRecipe
In a dutch oven combine potatoes, onions and 2 cups of water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, until just tender. Drain.
In a small bowl combine sour cream, parmesan cheese, milk and salt; blend well. Set aside.
Spray a 12x8 inch baking dish with cooking oil. Place potatoes in dish and spread out evenly. Pour sour cream mix over all. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. To serve, sprinkle with chopped green onions and black pepper.
