    Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

    List of Ingredients

    3 Med Baking Or Boiling Potatoes -- Peeled Or Unpeeled
    2 Tbsp Margarine
    2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
    2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour -- Or Alittle Less
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    Dash Fresh Black Pepper
    1 1/4 C Milk
    3/4 C Diced Cooked Ham
    2 Tsp Margarine

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350. Grease 1 quart casserole.

    Cut potatoes into slices- about 2 cups.

    Melt 2 T margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Cook onions and margarine about 2 minutes. until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook until smooth an bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling stirring
    constantly for 1 minutes. Stir in ham.

    Spread potatoes into casserole dish. Pour sauce over. Dot with margarine. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
