1 pkg. southern style frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup chopped onions
2 cups crushed cornflakes
Recipe
Grease a 9x13 inch cake pan with butter. Put frozen hash browns in pan. Saute onions in a separate pan, saute in butter, than cool. Mix together sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, cooled saute onions. Pour over hash browns, sprinkle crushed cornflakes over top. Bake at 350 about 35 mins or until bubbly & starting to brown.
