Spicy Potato Soup

List of Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
4 cups diced potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cloves minced garlic
3 (8 oz) c tomato sauce
4 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1½ tsp. pepper
½ - 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 large bay leaf
1 cup heavy cream


Recipe

In Dutch oven or large kettle, brown & crumble beef and pour off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened.
