Swiss cheese, grated 3 eggs 2 1/4 c. milk 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1/2 t. paprikaRecipe Heat 3 qts. water to boiling; add potatoes. cook, uncovered 5 min. and drain. Place alternating layers of potatoes, onion and cheese in buttered 12 c. shallow baking dish. Combine eggs, milk salt and pepper in sm. bowl; beat well. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake in slow oven (325*) for 45 min. Remove foil and continue baking 1 hr. longer, or until golden brown.
