List of Ingredients
1# ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1 can {14 ¾ oz} Cream~Style Corn
1 C soft breadcrumbs {I use wheat}
1/4 C finely chopped onion {I use red & did bout ¼ onion}
2 T prepared mustard {I use brown~spicey}
1 tsp salt
1/2 C dry breadcrumbs {I use Italian Seasoned}
2 T butter {margarine} melted
Recipe
In skillet, cook beef over med heat til no longer pink; {only til gray…not brown}
Drain & set aside.
In a bowl, combine eggs & milk. Add the corn, soft breadcrumbs, onion, mustard, salt & beef. Mix well.
Transfer to a greased 9” square bake dish {or spray w/oil~spray}
Toss dry breadcrumbs with butter & sprinkle over meat mix.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes or til golden brown. Yield: 4~6 servings.
