Spread 'em on your steak, your veggies or a thick slice of French bread.
List of Ingredients
PARSLEY BUTTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried
HERB BUTTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. ground thyme
1/4 tsp. minced roasted garlic
THREE-LEMON BUTTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Recipe
For all flavors:
Combine ingredients and beat well with electric mixer; refrigerate until firm.
