    Flora's Meatloaf Mallerby

    List of Ingredients

    1# ground beef
    Dash of celery seed
    ½ C chopped onion
    1/3 C milk
    ¼ C bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 T Wooster sauce
    3T brown sugar
    ¾ C catsup

    Recipe

    In a large bowl combine the ground beef, celery seed, onion, milk, bread crumbs, egg n Wooster sauce. Shape into a ball and place in a bake pan.

    Combine the brown sugar and catsup, and pour over the top of the meat loaf.

    Bake in 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
