Dijon Flank Steak for GF grill

1.5 lb flank steak
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
nonfat cooking spray
Recipe
Remove visible fat from the meat. Place the steak in a flat glass pan. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper, and pour over steak. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes.
Coat grill with cooking spray, preheat 5 minutes. Grill steak 4 minutes. Add onion, grill 3-4 minutes. Slice steak thinly across the grain, top with onions.
