Spicy Pepper Steak for GF grill

1lb bottom round steak
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 green pepper sliced into thin rings
1 red pepper sliced into thin rings
1 onion sliced into thin rings
nonfat cooking spray
Recipe
Coat grill with cooking spray, and preheat 5 minutes. Remove any visible fat, and slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Place the steak slices on the grill, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Grill for 2 minutes. Add green and red pepper, and onion slices, grill 3-5 minutes or until veggies are tender crisp.
