Teriyaki Beef for GF grill

1lb lean beef (flank or bottom round)
1/4 sesame oil
1/4 low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
nonfat cooking spray
Recipe
Remove visible fat from steak, and place in a flat glass pan. Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, green onion, garlic, and ginger, pour over meat. Cover tightly and marinate 2-12 hours in fridge.
Coat grill with cooking spray, and preheat for 5 minutes. Grill beef 6-7 minutes, or according to your preference. Slice thinly across the grain. If you choose to use the marinade as a sauce, boil at least 5 minutes before serving.
