1 pound hamburger
2 cups diced or sliced potato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
seasoned salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
Crumble hamburger in large skillet (drain off excess grease) - add potatoes, onion, green pepper & seasonings. Cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. When potatoes are tender, add the soup & wooster sauce, mix well and cook, uncovered, about 10 more minutes until the sauce cooks down a little. Serve immediately.
Or you can add the veggies before the hamburger is browned - just let it all cook up at once.
