1 Rolled beef roast
4-6 Whole garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp.. Oregano
2 tsp. Basil
2 tsp. crushed parsley
2 bay leaf (I use 2 or 3)
2 Cup water

Place roast and all ingredients in deep roast pan. Cook at 325 F for 3-4 hours (be sure to watch the water, don't let dry out) One half hour before serving, slice and soak slices in liquid. Serve on rolls. Delicious with Ortega chilies and/or provolone cheese.
