1 beaten egg
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup raw white rice
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Combine egg, 1/4 cup of the soup, rice, onion, salt, pepper & beef. Mix really well and shape into small balls. Mix remaining soup with worcestershire sauce and water. Pour over meatballs in a pan and bring to boil. Cover and simmer 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
