    List of Ingredients




    1 Rolled Roast

    1 pkg. of Onion Soup mix

    2-6 fresh, crushed garlic

    2 cubes of beef bouillon

    2 tsp. dried parsley

    A splash of Worchestershire sauce

    1 lg. Spanish onion, sliced or cut in lg. pieces

    1 pkg. of baby carrots

    1 stalk of celery, cut into 1 in. pieces

    2-4 zucchini, sliced in 2 in. pieces

    4-8 small red potatoes, cut in half or 3-4 Russett potatoes cut in 2-3 in. pieces

    1 cup of water

    Recipe



    Sear roast in a cast iron skillet first. Put it in a roasting pan or casserole dish, add all other ingredients and bake at 350F for a few hours, 2-4. Serve with white rice and rolls or biscuits.
