Salisbury Steak from Theresa

List of Ingredients
1½ lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans condensed French Onion soup
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Recipe
In a large bowl, mix ground beef with bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup of the soup. Shape into 4 or 5 oval patties.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of patties; pour off excess fat.
In a medium bowl, blend flour and 1¾ cup soup until smooth. Mix in catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. Pour over meat in skillet. Cover, and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
