Butter Rum-Spiced Cider

6 C Apple Cider
1/2 Tsp Whole Cloves
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
3 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Tbsp Butter -- No Substitutes
6 Tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
3/4 Canadian Rum
Recipe
Heat cider, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon to boiling over med. high heat, reduce to low. simmer uncovered 10 mins. Strain to remove cinnamon and cloves if desired.
In a mug, place 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons rum in each. Fill with hot cider.
