Butterscotch Coffee

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
8 cups hot brewed coffee
1/2 cup half and half (you can sub fat free milk; we did in the cocoa and it tasted fine)
5 to 8 T sugar (we used a scant 5 T and I don't think you even need that many, the butterscotch chips are so sweet to begin with)
Whipped cream from a can
Recipe
Stir the coffee and chips together until the chips are melted. Stir in half and half and sugar. Serve in mugs with whipped cream topping. So good!
